Our take on the Upgrator 12 Piece Mens Complete Golf Club Set with Bag

The Upgrator 12 Piece Men's Complete Golf Club Set is a starter package for right-handed players: a titanium driver, two fairway woods, a hybrid, seven irons and a zinc putter, plus a PU cart bag. The oversized driver and low-center-of-gravity stainless irons are built to lift the ball and forgive mishits rather than to shape shots. At $559.99 at Lowe's as of November 3, 2026, it sits at its only listed new price, with no other store to compare against.

Questions and answers

Is this set worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if you want a full bag in one purchase. The oversized driver and forgiving irons are aimed at new players, and the included bag saves a separate buy. At $559.99 at Lowe's as of November 3, 2026, it is priced like other boxed starter sets.
Is it available for left-handed golfers?
No. The set is listed as right-handed only, so left-handed players need a different package.
What is in the box?
Twelve clubs (titanium driver, two fairway woods, one hybrid, seven irons, one zinc putter), a PU bag and a manual. Headcovers are not listed.
Are the shafts steel or graphite?
Steel throughout. That suits moderate-to-fast swing speeds but is heavier than graphite for slower swingers.
How does it compare with a name-brand starter set?
It matches the usual boxed-set formula: oversized driver, hybrid, game-improvement irons and a bag. Name brands cost more but offer better resale and fitting support; this set competes on price and completeness.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $559.99 as of November 3, 2026, so there is no competing price to wait for. Watch for seasonal golf promotions at Lowe's.
Where is the Upgrator 12 Piece Mens Complete Golf Club Set with Bag cheapest?

Where can I buy the Upgrator 12 Piece Mens Complete Golf Club Set with Bag?
