Questions and answers

Is $589.90 a good price for this kit?
It is the best new price across the four stores listing it as of November 5, 2026, and it is low for a kit with six jaws and two batteries. Pro-brand presses with a comparable jaw set usually cost considerably more.
What fittings can it crimp?
The included jaws cover 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" press fittings. It is built for standard copper and PEX press systems, not for threaded or solder joints.
How many crimps do I get per charge?
VEVOR rates it at over 350 crimps per charge on the 18V 4.0Ah battery. The kit includes two batteries and a 4A fast charger, so you can keep one on the charger while you work.
How heavy is it in use?
The bare tool is 13.2 lb, and a battery and large jaw add to that. It is fine at bench height but tiring for long overhead runs.
Does it come with everything I need?
The kit includes the press tool, six jaw sizes, two 18V 4.0Ah batteries, a 4A fast charger and a carrying case. You supply the fittings and any jaw lubricant.
How does it compare with a Milwaukee or Ridgid press?
It costs far less and includes a full jaw set, but those brands offer service networks, shared battery platforms and calibration support. Choose VEVOR for occasional or budget-driven work; choose a pro brand for daily commercial use.
Where is the VEVOR 18V Electric Pipe Crimping Press Tool Kit cheapest?
At Amazon, for $589.90, 44% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
