Is a chamber sealer worth it over a suction sealer?

Yes if you seal wet foods, marinades, soups or whole fish; chamber machines handle liquids that get sucked into suction sealers. For dry goods only, a cheaper suction sealer does the job.

What bags does it use?

It uses standard chamber vacuum bags, which are smooth on both sides, not the embossed roll bags sold for suction sealers. Chamber bags are usually cheaper per bag in bulk.

How big is the chamber?

The chamber is deep enough for large steaks, whole bread loaves and bulk goods, per the listing. Check the exact interior dimensions against what you plan to seal before buying.

Is $238.40 a good price?

It is the best new price among 6 stores as of November 4, 2026, and well below the $500-plus typical of brand-name chamber sealers. Watch shipping cost, since the unit weighs about 32 lbs.

Does it come with a warranty?

VEVOR does not list a warranty on this page. Ask the seller about coverage before buying, since service options for VEVOR machines in the US are limited.

Our take on the VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer 320W

The VEVOR Chamber Vacuum Sealer is a countertop chamber machine with a 320W heater and a 180W pump rated to pull about 100 kPa, enough to seal liquids and wet foods that suction-style sealers struggle with. It has a 10 mm seal strip, a stainless steel chamber deep enough for large steaks or whole loaves, and a built-in pressure gauge. The best new price is $238.40 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, with 6 stores listing it new; that sits at the low end of what chamber sealers of this size cost, well under the $500-plus typical of brand-name units.
