Our take on the VEVOR Heavy Duty 15-inch Guillotine Paper Cutter Trimmer

The VEVOR Heavy Duty 15-inch Guillotine Paper Cutter is a tabletop trimmer with a 15-inch cutting width and a 16-sheet capacity, aimed at home crafters, teachers and small offices. It uses a guillotine arm with a clamp to hold paper while you cut, and the base is marked for common sizes. It is a budget tool rather than a print-shop machine: expect clean cuts on small stacks and a light build. No current price was provided, so check the latest best price against its recent range before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the VEVOR 15-inch guillotine cutter worth it?
For light craft, classroom and home-office trimming, yes: it cuts straight and costs little. If you regularly cut more than 16 sheets or need precision for paid print work, spend more on a heavier trimmer.
How many sheets can it cut at once?
The rated capacity is 16 sheets of standard paper. Thick cardstock counts as more than one sheet, so cut fewer pieces of heavy stock at a time.
What size paper can it cut?
The 15-inch cutting length covers letter and A4 sheets in portrait and landscape. Larger sheets like 11x17 will not fit in one pass.
Does it come with a blade and safety guard?
It ships as a complete trimmer with the guillotine blade installed and a guard over the cutting arm. Check the listing for any spare blade or manual included.
Can it cut cardstock, photos or laminated paper?
It handles cardstock and photo paper in small stacks. Laminated sheets are tougher on the blade and should be cut one at a time.
When is the price lowest?
Guillotine trimmers like this usually dip during back-to-school and holiday sales. Compare the current price with its recent range before buying.
What do buyers say about the VEVOR Heavy Duty 15-inch Guillotine Paper Cutter Trimmer?
