Is the Wade Logan Velvet Sofa worth it?

It is a reasonable pick if you want a wide velvet sofa at a low price and use it mainly for sitting and lounging. Expect firm cushions and more upkeep than a woven fabric.

How many people does it seat?

It is 81.5 inches wide, so it seats three average adults comfortably. The 32.5-inch depth gives a fairly upright sit.

Is velvet a good choice for pets and kids?

Velvet is soft but collects pet hair and shows crush marks and spills. In a busy household, a darker color and regular brushing help.

Does it come assembled?

Most listings ship it in parts, with the frame and cushions packed separately. Assembly is usually just attaching the legs and back, but check the listing for your color.

How do I clean a velvet sofa?

Vacuum with a soft brush attachment and blot spills right away with a clean cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric, and use a velvet-safe upholstery cleaner on stains.

When is the best time to buy it?

Prices on this sofa move with retailer sales, especially around major holiday weekends. Compare sellers before buying, since the same sofa is listed at different prices.

Our take on the Wade Logan Velvet Sofa

The Wade Logan Velvet Sofa is an 81.5-inch three-seat sofa with a low 29.5-inch back and a 32.5-inch depth, upholstered in velvet. Its wide, low profile suits modern and mid-century living rooms, and the velvet gives it a soft, dressy look. It is a made-to-order style sold through several retailers, so pricing and availability vary by seller and colorway.
