Questions and answers
- When does Sango go on sale?
- Sango discounts cluster around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and post-holiday clearance, plus Macy's home sales and Wayfair's seasonal events. Outside those windows, prices on Phoebe sets tend to hold steady.
- Where is Sango cheapest?
- Amazon and Wayfair usually undercut department stores on the 12-piece Phoebe sets, and per-piece cost drops further on the 12-piece versus buying mugs separately. Check each retailer's price for the exact set, since multicolor and caramel versions differ.
- What is Sango best known for?
- Its Phoebe line: 12-piece stoneware sets with a reactive glaze that makes each piece slightly different, service for four with dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and mugs. The stoneware is heavier than porcelain and not designed for oven use.
- Is the Sango Phoebe dinnerware set dishwasher and microwave safe?
- Yes, Phoebe stoneware is listed as dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing the mugs helps preserve the glaze finish over time.
- What is the return policy on Sango dinnerware?
- Returns follow the retailer, not Sango: Amazon typically allows 30 days, Macy's 90 days, and Wayfair varies by seller. Keep the original packaging, since chipped or used pieces are often refused.
