Questions and answers
- Does Silver Ticket run sales?
- Silver Ticket sells mainly through its own site and Amazon, and discounts are sporadic rather than tied to a fixed calendar. Watch for markdowns around Black Friday and major Amazon events. There are no active deals on this page now.
- Where is Silver Ticket cheapest?
- Prices are usually close between Silver Ticket's own store and Amazon, but Amazon occasionally undercuts on the 16:9 sizes. Compare the exact model number, since frame and surface options change the price. Check the listing price against the brand site before buying.
- Which Silver Ticket screen should I pick for a cinema room?
- The STR-235115-S is the 2.35:1 cinematic format screen, sized for scope films on a wide wall. The STR-169120 and STR-169120-series 16:9 screens suit mixed TV and movie use. All three use the same 4K-ready matte white or acoustic-woven surface options.
- What is the difference between the 2.35:1 and 16:9 Silver Ticket screens?
- The 2.35:1 screen shows widescreen films without black bars but leaves side pillars for 16:9 TV content. A 16:9 screen fits everyday viewing and needs masking for scope films. Pick based on whether movies or mixed content dominate your room.
- What is Silver Ticket's return policy?
- Silver Ticket accepts returns within a set window on unused screens in original packaging, and large fixed frames are costly to ship back. Confirm the window and any restocking terms with the seller before ordering. Check the screen for shipping damage before assembly.
