Is the MLILY Ego 14 inch worth it?

At $220.07 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a thick gel foam Twin XL. If you want a firm mattress or a larger size, look elsewhere.

Is it good for hot sleepers?

The gel infusion helps, but a 14-inch all-foam bed still traps heat. Hot sleepers should expect it to run warmer than a hybrid or innerspring.

What size is this mattress?

It is Twin XL: 38 inches wide and 80 inches long, the same length as a Queen. It fits dorm beds and adjustable bases, not standard Twin sheets.

Does it work on an adjustable base?

Yes. The all-foam build bends, so it works on adjustable bases and platform frames. Avoid a box spring with wide gaps.

Foam mattress prices drop around Black Friday and back-to-school season. The current $220.07 at Walmart is already near the low end of its recent range.
