The Mlily Ego is a 6-inch gel memory foam mattress sold compressed in a box, sized for a twin bed at 54 by 75 inches. Questions and answers

Is the Mlily Ego Twin worth it?

For a guest room, bunk or occasional bed, yes. At $95.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it costs little more than an air mattress and holds up better. As a nightly mattress for an adult, spend more on a thicker model.

How thick is it, and does that matter?

It is 6 inches thick. That is enough for kids and light adults, but heavier sleepers will feel the base through the foam.

Does it work on a sofa bed or bunk?

Yes. The 6-inch height and 54 by 75 inch twin size suit sofa beds, bunk beds and trundles. Use a solid or slatted base, not a soft foundation.

How long does it take to expand?

Most foam-in-a-box mattresses reach full height within 24 to 72 hours. Give it a day before judging the firmness.

When is the price lowest?

It is already near the bottom of its range at $95.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026. Watch for holiday sales, when boxed mattresses usually drop further.

Where is the Mlily Ego Twin Mattress in a Box cheapest?
