Our take on the Access Tonnosport Roll-Up Tonneau Cover

The Access Tonnosport is a soft roll-up tonneau cover for pickup beds, made of vinyl over an anodized aluminum frame. It sits about half an inch above the bed rails and rolls forward to open most of the bed, with hook-and-loop side sealing and slide locks. It clamps on with Tight-Bite clamps and needs no drilling, so most owners install it in 30 to 40 minutes. The best new price is $119.46 at eBay as of November 6, 2026, the low end of what it has recently sold for.

Best forOwners who want bed cargo out of sight without a hard coverBuyers who need full bed access for tall or bulky loadsDIY installers who don't want to drill the truckBudget-minded truck owners
Pros
  • Rolls up quickly for near-full bed access
  • No drilling; clamps on in about 30 to 40 minutes
  • Low 0.5-inch profile above the bed rails
  • Hook-and-loop sides seal fast and keep water out
  • Light and easy to remove when the bed is needed
Cons
  • Soft vinyl can be cut by a determined thief
  • Not as weather-tight as a hard cover in heavy rain
  • Vinyl can sag or flap at highway speed over time
  • Slide locks are basic security, not a locking tailgate substitute

Do I need to drill?
No. It uses Tight-Bite clamps on the bed rails, and most owners finish in 30 to 40 minutes.
