Our take on the Atupen Quiet Portable Electric Space Heater

The Atupen is a small ceramic electric space heater with a thermostat and automatic shut-off, finished in purple and built to be carried from room to room. Its listed maximum output is 4W, which is far below what a room heater needs, so treat it as a personal warmer rather than a room heater. The best new price is $29.89 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, the only new price found, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

  • Quiet operation suits a desk or bedroom
Cons
  • 4W maximum output is too low to heat a room
  • Only one new price found, so no way to judge the deal
  • Mixed reception: 3.3 out of 5 from 40 ratings
  • Small personal warmers like this rarely last more than a season or two

Questions and answers

Will this heat a bedroom?
No. At a listed 4W maximum output it cannot warm a room. It is a personal warmer for a desk, chair or small enclosed spot.
Is it safe to leave on?
It has a thermostat and automatic shut-off, which help, but a 4W device is low-risk. Unplug it when you leave the house.
Is it really quiet?
It has no fan listed, so there is little to make noise. Buyers of small ceramic warmers usually find them near-silent.
Is $29.89 a good price?
It is the only new price found, at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare. Judge it against what you expect from a 4W personal warmer.
What comes in the box?
The heater itself. No remote or extra accessories are listed, so plan on using the controls on the unit.
Where is the Atupen Quiet Portable Electric Space Heater cheapest?
At Walmart, for $29.89, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Atupen Quiet Portable Electric Space Heater?
Rated 3.3 out of 5 from 40 ratings.
