Our take on the Beeprincess Drone with Camera for Adults Kids VR Glasses

The Beeprincess Camera Drone is a low-cost beginner quadcopter sold with a pair of VR glasses and flown from a smartphone app instead of a dedicated controller. It is aimed at kids and first-time flyers who want to see a camera feed and try a phone-in-headset view. At 2.6 out of 5 from 8 ratings, owner feedback is weak, so treat it as a toy-grade drone rather than a camera tool. No current price was available to compare against its recent range.

Pros
  • Bundled VR glasses add a novelty first-person view
  • Camera included at a toy-grade price
  • Phone control means no separate transmitter to carry
  • Small and light enough for indoor use
Cons
  • Rated just 2.6 out of 5 from 8 ratings
  • Phone-only control gives less precise stick feel than a real transmitter
  • No stated battery life, range or camera resolution
  • Toy-grade drones are easily pushed by wind outdoors
  • VR glasses are a phone holder, not true FPV goggles

Questions and answers

Is the Beeprincess camera drone worth it?
Only as a cheap first toy for a child. Its 2.6 out of 5 rating from 8 buyers suggests it disappoints anyone expecting stable flight or usable video.
Do I need a phone to fly it?
Yes. The controller type is smartphone, so the phone runs the app and acts as the transmitter. The bundled VR glasses hold the phone for a first-person view.
What is the battery life and range?
The listing does not state flight time or control range. Toy drones in this class typically fly under 10 minutes per charge, so buy a spare battery if you can.
Can it carry a GoPro or action camera?
No. It has a built-in camera and is not built to carry an add-on camera. Footage quality is basic and suited to casual clips, not aerial video work.
Is it good for kids?
It suits supervised beginners, but check local rules on drones near people and airports. The light body handles indoor flying better than breezy outdoor conditions.
When is it cheapest?
Toy drones like this usually drop around Black Friday and back-to-school sales. Check the price history on this page before buying.
