Questions and answers

Is it worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if the goal is learning note layout on a full 88-key board for very little money. Expect a lighter feel and simpler sound than a pricier digital piano.
How does it compare with a weighted 88-key piano?
Its semi-weighted keys are lighter and less piano-like than hammer-action models. Serious piano students will want weighted keys; casual players can start here.
Does it have a headphone jack?
Yes, a 3.5mm headphone jack lets you practice silently, and there is also an audio output for external speakers.
What comes in the box?
The keyboard, a sustain pedal and a folding stand. A power adapter is normally included; check the listing for details.
Can it connect to a computer or app?
No. It has only a 3.5mm jack and audio output, with no USB or MIDI, so it cannot act as a MIDI controller.
When is it cheapest?
At $129.99 at Target as of November 3, 2026 it is already near the bottom of its range. Watch for holiday sales, when budget keyboards often drop further.
