Is $302.95 a good price for this sofa?

It is 48% off the $582.60 regular price at Lowe's as of October 28. That is the lowest price recorded so far, though only one day of pricing exists to compare.

Is this a full sofa or one section?

It is a single 39.4-inch modular piece. You need to buy several sections to make a full sofa, and you can rearrange or add to them later.

How many pieces do I need for a full sofa?

For a typical three-seat sofa, plan on three seat sections plus any corner or ottoman pieces you want. The exact count depends on your room and layout.

How do I clean white upholstery like this?

Blot spills right away and use a mild upholstery cleaner on a hidden spot first. White fabric shows marks quickly, so regular vacuuming and quick spot cleaning help most.

What does the warranty cover?

CHITA lists a 60-day warranty. That is short for furniture, so check the coverage terms and inspect the piece on arrival.

Can I add more sections later?

Yes, that is the point of a modular sofa. Buy matching CHITA sections while the line is available, since colors and fabrics can change between runs.
