Questions and answers

Are these stools the right height for my counter?

They are recommended for tables 40 to 43 inches high, which covers most standard bar-height counters. Check the listed seat height against your counter before buying, since it is fixed.

Is the price good?

At $49.99 for two at Target as of November 4, 2026, that is about $25 per stool, low for upholstered bar stools. With only one store listing them new, there is no cheaper rival price to wait for.

How big is the seat?

Each seat is 13 by 13 inches. That is on the small side, so they suit average builds better than larger sitters.

Do they have a back?

No. They are backless and armless, which lets them slide fully under a counter but gives no back support.

How hard is assembly?

Adult assembly is required and tools are included. Expect to attach legs and seat, a task of roughly 15 to 30 minutes per stool.

What is in the box?

Two stools and the tools needed for assembly. Check the listing for any additional hardware details.

Where is the Costway Bar Stools Set of 2 cheapest?

At Target, for $49.99, as of our latest check.
