Is this desk worth $159?

At $159 at Distritech as of November 3 it is a fair price for a desk with both a drawer and a cabinet. It is not a bargain; similar Costway desks have sold for less during sales.

How does it compare with a plain desk plus a filing cabinet?

It saves floor space and usually costs less than buying both pieces separately. The trade-off is a smaller drawer and cabinet than standalone storage offers.

Is the desk sturdy enough for a desktop PC and two monitors?

Wood composite desks at this price handle a monitor and a laptop comfortably. A heavy tower plus dual monitors is pushing it; check the weight rating before loading it up.

What is included in the box?

The desk ships flat with panels, hardware and the tools needed for assembly. You supply the time; expect an hour or more with two people helping.

Costway furniture tends to dip during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Track the price history here and buy when it falls below the recent range.

Does it fit in a small bedroom?

The workstation footprint is compact, which is the point of the design. Measure your wall space and leave room for the drawer and cabinet doors to open.

Our take on the Costway Computer Desk Workstation Table with Drawers

The Costway Computer Desk Workstation is a budget home-office desk with a built-in drawer and an enclosed storage cabinet, made from wood composite and sold flat-packed for adult assembly. It targets shoppers who want storage in the desk itself rather than a separate filing cabinet. The latest best price is $159 at Distritech as of November 3. Costway desks of this type typically swing between roughly $130 and $190 depending on the seller and season, so $159 sits mid-range rather than at a low.
