How much weight does it hold?

The frame is rated for 500 lb. That covers the mattress, box spring and sleepers.

Assembly is required. Expect to attach the headboard, side rails and slats; two people make it easier given the solid wood weight.

Yes, it is listed as solid wood with a wood spindle headboard. Finishes are walnut and natural.

Our take on the Gracie Oaks Anderson Solid Wood Spindle Bed Frame

The Gracie Oaks Anderson is a solid wood platform bed with a spindle headboard, styled as a modern take on the classic spindle design. It holds up to 500 lb and comes in walnut or natural finishes. It requires a box spring, so budget for that on top of the frame. Assembly is required.
