Our take on the Kizreo Firm Hybrid Mattress with Gel Memory Foam and Pocket Springs

The Kizreo Firm Hybrid is a 10-inch mattress that pairs pocket springs with gel memory foam and a Eurotop cover. It is sold in Twin size and is listed at 76 by 80 inches, which is wider and longer than a standard Twin (38 by 75 inches), so measure your frame before ordering. The firm feel and spring core suit back and stomach sleepers who want support without a deep sink. No current price was provided, so compare store prices and its price history on this page before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the Kizreo Firm Hybrid good for side sleepers?
Usually not. A firm hybrid puts pressure on shoulders and hips, so side sleepers often do better on a medium or plush mattress. Back and stomach sleepers are the better fit.
What size is this mattress really?
The listing gives 76 by 80 inches for the Twin, which is much larger than a standard Twin at 38 by 75 inches. Measure your bed frame and room before ordering, and confirm the size with the store.
Does it need a box spring?
No. A hybrid with pocket coils works on a platform bed, slatted frame or adjustable base. A box spring is optional and mainly adds height.
How firm is it?
It is sold as firm, with a Eurotop foam layer over pocket springs. Expect a supportive surface with little sink, closer to a traditional firm innerspring than a plush foam bed.
When is the best time to buy it?
Mattress prices drop around major sale events such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current price is near its low.
What do buyers say about the Kizreo Firm Hybrid Mattress with Gel Memory Foam and Pocket Springs?
