Our take on the Koville Carrara Marble Paper Towel Holder Countertop, 6“ Genuine Stone Paper

The Koville is a free-standing countertop paper towel holder cut from genuine Bianco Carrara marble, with a hand-polished base and a rod that unscrews for cleaning. Each piece has its own gray veining, and the 1.57 kg stone base is meant to stay put when you pull a sheet. It fits standard and jumbo rolls. At $26.99 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of what genuine marble holders usually cost, with only two stores pricing it new.

Best forKitchen counters where a weighted holder won't slideBuyers who want real stone instead of resin or steelStandard and jumbo roll usersGift buyers looking for a neutral white-and-gray piece
Pros
  • Genuine Bianco Carrara marble, not a printed or resin imitation
  • Heavy 1.57 kg base resists tipping when a sheet is pulled
  • Rod and base separate for wiping the counter underneath
  • Rounded bottom lets you lift and move it easily
  • Holds both standard and jumbo rolls
Cons
  • Natural stone varies, so veining and color may differ from photos
  • Marble can chip or stain if dropped or left wet
  • At 12 inches long and 6 wide, it takes real counter space
  • Rod is marble too, so a hard fall could crack it

Questions and answers

Is the marble real?
Yes. Koville says the base is solid Bianco Carrara marble quarried in Italy, with a white ground and gray veining. Expect slight differences in pattern from one piece to the next.
Will it hold jumbo rolls?
Yes. The listing states it fits standard and jumbo-sized paper towel rolls.
How do I clean it?
The rod unscrews from the base, so you can lift the base off and wipe the counter. Wipe the marble with a damp cloth and dry it; avoid acidic cleaners that etch stone.
Does it tip over easily?
The base weighs about 1.57 kg, which is the point of the design: it stays planted during a one-handed pull. Keep it on a flat surface.
Is $26.99 a good price?
For solid Carrara marble, that is low; most marble holders run higher. Only two stores list it new as of November 5, 2026, so compare both before buying.
Will my piece look like the photo?
Not exactly. Natural stone means veining, crystal patterns and tone shift between units, and Koville notes the actual color may differ slightly from images.
Where is the Koville Carrara Marble Paper Towel Holder Countertop, 6“ Genuine Stone Paper cheapest?
At Amazon, for $26.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Koville Carrara Marble Paper Towel Holder Countertop, 6“ Genuine Stone Paper?
