Is a 2-inch latex topper enough to soften a hard mattress?

Two inches takes the edge off a firm mattress and adds pressure relief, but it will not transform a rock-hard bed. If you need deep cushioning, a 3-inch topper does more.

How does Dunlop latex compare with memory foam?

Dunlop latex is springy and resilient, so you sleep on it rather than sinking in. It runs cooler and lasts longer, but it does not contour the way memory foam does.

Will my sheets still fit over it?

A 2-inch topper usually fits under standard deep-pocket sheets. Deep mattresses plus the topper may need extra-deep sheets.

Is it safe for latex allergies?

No. This is a latex core, so anyone with a latex allergy should avoid it.

How do I care for the organic cotton cover?

Spot clean the latex core and keep it out of direct sun. Check the care label before washing the cover, and air it out rather than machine drying the latex.

When is the best time to buy?

Latex toppers see the deepest discounts around Black Friday, Memorial Day and Labor Day sales. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Latex Mattress Topper Organic Cotton Case Medium Firm

This is a 2-inch Dunlop latex topper with an organic cotton cover, sold in Twin through Cal King and rated medium firm. Latex adds a resilient, springy layer that softens a hard mattress without the sink of memory foam, and the organic cotton cover keeps it breathable. It suits sleepers who want pressure relief and back support rather than a plush pillow-top feel. It is a niche, handcrafted item with a small review base, so expect less feedback than from big bedding brands.
