Our take on the Latitude Run Pinch Pleated Solid Farmhouse Semi Sheer Curtain, 2 Panels

These are two 50-inch-wide semi-sheer linen-blend panels with a sewn-in pinch pleat, made for living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. The pinch pleat gives a tailored, slightly formal look that reads farmhouse or modern depending on the room. Semi-sheer linen softens light without blocking it, so they suit rooms where you want privacy but not darkness.

Pros
  • Pinch pleat header hangs in neat, even folds
  • Semi-sheer linen filters glare while keeping the room bright
  • Two panels included, so most windows are covered in one order
  • Works in living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms
  • Neutral solid color suits many decor styles
Cons
  • Semi-sheer, so it offers little privacy at night and no light blocking
  • Linen can wrinkle and may need steaming after unpacking
  • Pinch pleat header usually needs rings or hooks, which may not be included
  • 50-inch width per panel is narrow for very wide windows
  • Spot clean or gentle wash only; linen can shrink

Questions and answers

Are these curtains blackout?
No. They are semi-sheer linen, so they filter light and soften glare but let daylight through. Use a liner or separate blackout panel if you need a dark bedroom.
What hardware do pinch pleat curtains need?
Pinch pleat panels typically hang from rings or hooks on a rod, and the header has pleat hooks or loops. Check whether rings and a rod are included before ordering, since they often are not.
How wide a window will two 50-inch panels cover?
Two panels give 100 inches of flat fabric. For a gathered look, plan on roughly 1.5 to 2 times the window width, so this set suits windows up to about 50 to 65 inches wide.
Can I put these in a bedroom?
Yes, they suit bedrooms, but they are semi-sheer. They give daytime privacy and a soft glow, not full darkness, so pair them with a shade or liner for sleeping.
How do I care for linen curtains?
Steam or iron on low to relax packing wrinkles. Wash gently in cold water and line dry, or spot clean, since linen can shrink and crease in a hot dryer.
