Questions and answers

Is the 83-inch G5 worth it over the smaller sizes?
If you sit far from the screen and want the biggest OLED image, the 83-inch is the one to get. The picture quality is the same as smaller G5 sizes, so you pay mainly for size.
Does the glare-free coating hurt picture quality?
It reduces reflections in bright rooms without a big hit to contrast or color. Some viewers notice a slight softening of blacks in very bright light, but most prefer it to a glossy screen.
Is 165Hz useful for gaming?
Yes, if you have a PC or console that can push high frame rates. VRR support keeps motion smooth, and the four HDMI ports let you keep several devices connected.
Can I wall-mount it?
Yes. The G5 is designed for wall mounting with a slim profile, but at 83 inches you need a mount rated for its weight and studs in the right place.
What is in the box?
You get the TV, its stand or wall-mount hardware depending on the bundle, a remote, and power and setup accessories. Check the listing for the exact bundle before buying.
When is it cheapest?
Flagship OLEDs usually drop around Black Friday and during spring clearance before the next model year. The current best new price is $3,299.99 at Sam's Club as of November 7, 2026.
Where is the LG OLED evo G5 4K Smart TV (2025) 83" cheapest?
