Quenched, tempered, and deep-cryo treated to approximately 60 HRC, the blade supports slicing, trimming, chopping, and push cuts. Its curved profile is suitable for preparing meat, fish, tomatoes, onions, herbs, and vegetables. The resin-infused Pakkawood handle provides a secure grip during food preparation, while the sandalwood box offers convenient storage between uses.
