Is the PRS SE CE24 LTD worth $579?

At $579 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is near the bottom of its recent range and cheaper than most new CE24s. For a bolt-on PRS with locking tuners and a tremolo, that is strong value.

How is the CE24 different from the SE Custom 24?

The CE24 is bolt-on with a maple neck; the Custom 24 is set-neck with a mahogany neck. The CE24 also has the NS-01 middle pickup and 5-way blade for more single-coil options.

Does it have coil splitting?

Yes. The tone control is push/pull to split the humbuckers, and the 5-way blade adds the middle single-coil and combined positions.

What is the neck like?

It is a maple Pattern Thin neck, 25-inch scale, 1 11/16 inches at the nut, with a 10-inch rosewood fretboard and 24 frets.

What comes in the box?

The guitar ships with a gig bag, truss rod tool and tremolo arm. A hard case is not included.

Limited runs like this tend to drop when a dealer clears the last units. Watch the price history around holiday sales and end-of-year clearance.
