Is the Lenovo 500e 2nd Gen good for school?

Yes. It was designed for education, with a rugged body, a 360-degree hinge and a rated 10-hour battery. The Celeron and 4 GB of RAM are enough for web apps and documents, not heavy multitasking.

Can you use a stylus with it?

Yes. The 11.6-inch IPS screen is a touchscreen and works with a compatible USI stylus, which is sold separately.

How much storage does it have?

It has 32 GB of eMMC storage, and ChromeOS takes up part of that. Plan on cloud storage or an SD card for files.

Is a refurbished 500e a good buy?

It can be, since the hardware is simple and durable. Check the seller's condition grade, battery health and return window, because refurbished units vary.

Does it run Windows or Android apps?

It runs ChromeOS, not Windows. It can install Android apps from Google Play where the model supports it.

What comes in the box?

A refurbished listing typically includes the laptop and a charger. Confirm the exact contents with the seller.
