Is the Saatva Latex Topper worth $375?

It is worth it if you want a breathable latex layer to soften a firm mattress and plan to keep it for years. If you only need a little cushioning, a cheaper foam topper costs far less.

How thick is it, and will it change how my mattress feels?

It is 1.5 inches thick. That is enough to take the edge off a firm surface but not enough to hide deep sagging or change the mattress's support.

Does latex sleep cooler than memory foam?

Yes. Latex is open and breathable and does not trap heat the way dense memory foam does, so hot sleepers usually find it cooler.

Will it fit a queen mattress and stay in place?

It is sized for a queen mattress. Latex grips reasonably well, but a fitted sheet or a topper strap helps keep it from sliding.

When is the best time to buy it?

The best new price is $375 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, and only one store lists it new. Watch for Saatva's own seasonal sales, which are the usual time topper prices drop.

Our take on the Saatva Latex Mattress Topper

The Saatva Latex Mattress Topper is a 1.5-inch queen-size latex layer meant to soften a too-firm mattress or add a little cushioning to an older one. Latex is naturally breathable and springy, so it adds pressure relief without the sink of memory foam. The best new price is $375 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no cheaper new option to compare against right now.
