Which firmness should I pick?

Choose Soft to soften a hard mattress, Medium for most side and combination sleepers, and Firm or Extra Firm to add support to a soft mattress or for stomach sleepers. Heavier sleepers usually do better with a firmer option.

Is the 2-inch or 3-inch version better?

The 2-inch changes feel with the least added height, which suits mattresses that are already close to right. The 3-inch gives more pressure relief and a bigger change in firmness. The 4-inch is the only one that ships with an organic cotton cover.

No, it is one of the cooler topper types. Perforated Dunlop latex lets air move, and latex does not trap heat the way memory foam does.

Will it fit my mattress and stay put?

It comes in Twin XL, Full, Queen and King, so match your mattress size. Latex is heavy and grippy, so it stays in place better than light foam toppers, but a fitted sheet helps.

You get the organic latex topper. The organic cotton cover is included only with the 4-inch topper; the 2-inch and 3-inch ship without one.
