Is the Samsung F6000F 40-inch worth it?

It is a reasonable buy for a bedroom, kitchen or spare room where 1080p is enough. If it is your main TV, a 4K set at a similar size will serve you better.

Is this TV 4K or 1080p?

It is 1080p Full HD, with a 1920 x 1080 panel. Some listings show a 4K HDTV format label, but the resolution is Full HD.

Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?

Yes. The TV supports both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can control it by voice with a compatible device.

How many HDMI ports does it have?

Two HDMI ports, plus USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. That is enough for a streaming stick and a console, but not much more.

Is it good for gaming?

Only casually. The 60 Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution suit older consoles and cloud gaming, not fast competitive play.

What size room suits a 40-inch TV?

A 40-inch screen works best at roughly 5 to 8 feet viewing distance, which fits a bedroom or small living room.

Our take on the Samsung F6000F 40" Full HD LED Smart TV

The Samsung F6000F is a 40-inch 1080p LED smart TV with Samsung's Tizen platform, built-in voice assistant support for Alexa and Google Assistant, and two HDMI ports. It is a basic, compact set aimed at bedrooms, kitchens and small living rooms rather than a main home-theater display. Its 60 Hz panel and 1080p resolution are modest, but the set is light at 12.8 lb and simple to move or wall-mount. No current price was provided, so check the latest quote against its recent range before buying.
