Is the Samsung UN43DU6900 good for gaming?

It accepts 4K at 60 Hz and supports VRR, which suits casual console play. Serious gamers will want a 120 Hz set with more HDMI 2.1 ports.

Does it have Dolby Vision?

No. It supports HDR10 and HLG but not Dolby Vision, so Dolby Vision content plays in standard HDR.

How many HDMI ports does it have?

Two HDMI inputs, plus USB-A, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A switcher helps if you have several devices.

Can I mount it on a wall?

Yes. It is VESA-mount compatible and weighs 15 lb without the legs, so most small wall mounts will hold it.
