Our take on the Sole E25

The Sole E25 is a front-drive elliptical with a power-incline ramp, heart rate grips and a heavy flywheel aimed at home users who want gym-style build without a subscription. It is a step up from entry ellipticals in frame weight and stride stability, but it lacks a touchscreen and app ecosystem. At $1,299.99 at SOLE Fitness as of November 8, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent range, so waiting for a sale is reasonable.
