Is the 130 lb weight limit a problem?

Yes for most adults. At 130 lb maximum user weight, the Rockvale suits lighter users only; most home ellipticals are rated 250 lb or more.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. It is manually powered, so the LCD monitor runs without an outlet and you can place it anywhere indoors.

It uses magnetic resistance, which is typically quieter than friction belts, but no decibel figures or owner reports are available for this model.

What is included in the box?

The listing includes one elliptical cross trainer. Assembly tools and a power adapter are not listed, and no written warranty is stated.

Is $499.99 a good price?

Only one store prices it new at $499.99 as of November 8, 2026, so there is no competing price to compare. Judge it against ellipticals with a higher weight limit at the same price.

What are the dimensions?

It measures 38.20 x 24.40 x 62.20 in and weighs 94 lb, so check floor space and ceiling clearance before buying.
