Is this warmer worth it over a candle wax warmer?

If you want no open flame, no soot and no smoke, yes. A candle warmer throws scent faster, but this one is safer to leave in a bedroom or office.

Does it work with essential oils as well as wax melts?

Yes. The bulb heat works with wax melts and with essential oils added to water in the dish. Use only oils meant for diffusing.

How is it powered, and is there a battery?

It is corded electric and not rechargeable, so it needs a wall outlet. There is no battery to charge.

What comes in the box?

Typically the metal warmer body, the melting dish and the heating bulb. Check the listing for the exact included bulb type before ordering a spare.

Can I control the heat or set a timer?

No. The only control is an on/off switch, so heat level and run time are fixed. Unplug it when you're done.

Our take on the Untimaty Electric Wax Melt Warmer Metal

The Untimaty Electric Wax Melt Warmer is a corded, bulb-heated metal warmer for wax melts and essential oils. It uses a simple on/off switch and a flameless, smoke-free bulb instead of a candle, and the metal body comes in four patterned finishes (Little Fox, Birds and Flowers, Black, Grass Leaves). It suits bedrooms, offices and spa corners, and doubles as a small decor piece or gift. No current price was provided for this listing, so check the live comparison before buying.
