Questions and answers

Is the $1,874.00 price at Walmart a good deal?
It is the only new price listed as of November 6, 2026, so there is no competing new price to beat it. Compare it with local dealer quotes for a two-person whirlpool of this size before deciding.
What are the rough opening dimensions?
The tub is 72 in. long and 38 in. wide, so the deck cutout must fit those outer dimensions. Confirm the cutout template with WaterTech before framing.
Does it come with a faucet and trim?
No. The tub comes standard in the tub color; the trim shown in photos is optional and sold separately. Plan for a deck-mounted filler and drain trim.
How many jets does it have?
Eight back jets, four at each end, plus side-wall water jets for the hips, legs and knees. All back jets adjust for pressure and direction.
Does the pump have a heater?
No heater is listed. The variable-speed pump recirculates water, but the tub relies on your water heater, so long soaks will cool off.
What floor support does it need?
A filled two-person whirlpool is heavy, so the floor must be rated for the loaded weight. The tub has a galvanized steel-reinforced base, but the subfloor still needs to be checked.
Where is the WaterTech Acrylic 72 in. x 38 in. Center Drain Drop-In Whirlpool Tub - Biscuit cheapest?
At Walmart, for $1,874.00, as of our latest check.
