Is the Wishead topper worth it?

It is a reasonable pick if you want to soften a firm mattress cheaply. If you need firm support or a long-term fix, a new mattress is better.

Will 2 inches make my mattress too soft?

For side and back sleepers it usually adds welcome cushioning. Stomach sleepers may sink too much and lose support.

Will it fit a California King mattress?

Yes, it is sized for a California King. Check that your sheets have deep pockets, since the topper adds 2 inches of height.

Does it stay in place?

Thick toppers can shift on smooth mattresses. A fitted sheet pulled tight or a topper with straps helps keep it centered.

The listing does not specify the fill material. Check the product label for foam, fiber or gel details before buying.

Our take on the Wishead Extra Thick Mattress Topper

The Wishead Extra Thick Mattress Topper is a 2-inch California King topper meant to soften a firm mattress without replacing it. The extra thickness adds more cushioning than a standard 1-inch pad, which helps with pressure points on hips and shoulders. It is a low-cost fix for a guest bed or a mattress that feels too hard. No current price was provided, so compare its price against other 2-inch California King toppers before buying.
