Best forFirst-time electric playersBudget-conscious beginnersPractice and home playingPlayers who want a tremolo on a cheap guitar

Pros

Classic Pacifica double-cutaway shape with comfortable access to upper frets
25.5-inch scale and 1.614-inch nut suit most hands
Tremolo bridge adds vibrato at an entry price
Light .009-.042 strings are easy on beginner fingers
Yamaha's Pacifica line has a long reputation for solid budget builds

Cons

Agathis body and spruce top are budget tonewoods, not premium ones
Urea nut and plastic hardware are basic parts
Stock tremolo on a low-cost guitar tends to go out of tune under heavy use
No mention of pickups or electronics in the listed specs, so tone options are unclear
Setup out of the box may need adjusting for beginners
