ZHISHENG Hex Bar 1000Lbs Capacity Trap Bar 56 Finish Steel Deadlift Bar with Two Handles

The Olympic Hex Bar is the ultimate tool for safe and effective deadlifting. Traditional barbell deadlifts can strain the lower back, but the trap bar's unique hexagonal design shifts the weight closer to your center of gravity, allowing you to remain more upright. This reduces stress on the lumbar spine and minimizes injury risk, making it ideal for lifters with back concerns or those looking to perfect their form. Crafted from fully solid cold-rolled stainless steel with a sleek finish, this hex bar is built to last. The 1.2mm diamond knurling on both regular and raised handles provides a non-slip grip, even during heavy lifts. The raised handles offer an alternative grip position that further reduces back strain and targets different muscle groups, giving you more flexibility in your training. With a weight capacity of 1000 lbs, this bar handles the heaviest loads. The extra-long loadable sleeves (10 inches each) accommodate more Olympic plates, allowing for progressive overload and greater muscle development. The bar itself weighs 55 lbs, with an overall length of 56 inches and a handle spacing of 23.6 inches, providing ample room for comfortable lifting. Whether you're performing deadlifts, shrugs, power pulls, or squats, this hex bar delivers balanced, centered weight distribution for safer, more effective workouts. It's a versatile addition to any gym—home, garage, or commercial—and helps you isolate muscle groups while reducing injury risk.
