Questions and answers
- When does Ricoh run sales?
- Ricoh rarely discounts directly; most savings come from retailers clearing older stock. Watch for markdowns when a new WG camera model launches or when a printer line is replaced.
- Where is Ricoh cheapest?
- Office printers are usually cheapest through business resellers and refurbished channels. WG cameras tend to drop in price at general electronics retailers after a successor ships.
- What are Ricoh's best products?
- Its laser printers and multifunction copiers are the core business. The WG-8 and WG-80 are the consumer standouts, built for underwater and shock use rather than image quality.
- What is Ricoh's return policy?
- Returns depend on the retailer, not Ricoh, for cameras and printers bought through stores. Ricoh's own warranty covers defects, typically one year, and does not cover water damage from misuse.
