Our take on the 5-IN-1 Adjustable Dumbbell Set, Pair 12.5LB/22.5LB Weight Set for Home Gym

The Uboway 5-in-1 is a pair of dial-adjustable dumbbells that go from 2.5 lb to 12.5 lb per hand, aimed at light home strength work. The draw is the dial change between weights, the rainbow-colored plates, and a footprint of about 0.2 ft² per set. At $116.99 at Amazon as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with only two stores listing it new.

Questions and answers

How much weight does each dumbbell hold?
Each dumbbell adjusts from 2.5 lb to 12.5 lb, so the pair tops out at 25 lb combined. That suits light pressing, rows and toning work, not heavy lifting.
How fast is the dial adjustment?
You turn the dial to the weight you want and lift; there are no loose plates to slide on. The narrow range means few steps, so changes are quick.
Is $116.99 a good price?
It is the best new price found as of November 5, 2026, at the low end of its recent range. Only two stores list it new, so compare both before buying.
Will this set work for serious strength training?
No. At 12.5 lb per hand it fits beginners, warm-ups and high-rep work. Lifters who squat, press or row heavy will need a set that goes well past 25 lb per hand.
What comes in the box?
A pair of adjustable dumbbells, two count total. No stand or storage tray is listed, so plan a spot on the floor or a shelf.
How much floor space does it take?
About 0.2 ft² per set, which is small enough for a closet or corner of a room.
