Questions and answers

Is this set worth it for a beginner?
For light swings and basic strength moves, yes. The $44.99 price at Lowe's as of November 5, 2026 is low for a set. Skip it if you need bells over 25 lbs.
How much weight does the set actually include?
The listing says 5-pound individual weights and a 50 lb total, which suggests multiple bells. Confirm the exact number and sizes with the store before buying.
Does the vinyl coating damage floors?
The vinyl is there to protect floors and reduce noise on drops. It can still scuff on rough concrete, and the coating may peel over time.
Are the handles big enough for two hands?
The handle is described as wide and textured. Two-hand swings may work, but large hands can feel cramped on light kettlebells.
When is the price lowest?
The best new price seen is $44.99 at Lowe's as of November 5, 2026. Fitness sets often drop during January and Black Friday sales.
