Our take on the Bassett Furniture Audrey Roll Arm Sofa with Accent Pillows

The Bassett Audrey is a 97-inch fabric sofa with rolled arms, a pillow back and loose accent pillows, sold in a beige upholstery. At that length it seats three to four people and suits a large living room or a sectional-style layout. Bassett builds it in its US factories with made-to-order fabric choices, so lead times and final pricing depend on the cover you pick. Shoppers should compare the delivered price against other US-made sofas in the same size class before ordering.

Best forLarge living rooms and open floor plansFamilies who want a deep, cushioned three- to four-seat sofaBuyers who want US-made furniture with fabric choicesAnyone replacing a worn sofa in a neutral room
Pros
  • 97-inch length seats three to four comfortably
  • Pillow back and accent pillows give a soft, relaxed sit
  • Rolled arms suit traditional and transitional rooms
  • Made in the US with a range of fabric options
  • Neutral beige works with most color schemes
Cons
  • Long footprint needs a big room and wide doorways
  • Pillow-back cushions need regular fluffing and straightening
  • Made-to-order fabric means weeks of lead time
  • Beige fabric shows stains and needs care with kids or pets
  • Final price varies a lot by fabric grade

Questions and answers

Is the Bassett Audrey sofa worth the price?
It is a US-made, made-to-order sofa with a long 97-inch frame, so you pay for construction and fabric choice rather than quick delivery. Compare the delivered price with other US-built sofas of the same length before deciding.
How many people does a 97-inch sofa seat?
Three adults sit comfortably and four can squeeze in for a movie night. The pillow back means each person gets a soft, deep seat rather than firm support.
Can I choose a different fabric or color?
Bassett sells this sofa made to order, so fabric and color options go beyond the beige shown. Ask the store for the current fabric grade and the price difference for each cover.
How long is the delivery wait?
Made-to-order sofas from Bassett typically take several weeks to build and ship, longer than in-stock retail sofas. Confirm the current lead time with the store before you order.
Will it fit through my door?
The 97-inch length is the main issue. Measure doorways, hallways and stair turns, and check whether the legs and arms come off for delivery.
How do I keep the pillow-back cushions looking full?
Fluff and rotate the back pillows weekly and spot-clean the beige fabric promptly. A professional clean once a year keeps the covers from dulling.
