Questions and answers

Is it worth it for a beginner?
Yes, if the goal is learning note layout on a full 88-key board for under $130. Its semi-weighted action is a step below the hammer action teachers often recommend, so plan to upgrade if practice gets serious.
How does it compare with a weighted 88-key piano?
It has semi-weighted keys, so it feels lighter and less piano-like than hammer-action models that typically cost several hundred dollars more. It suits casual practice, not graded piano exams.
Does it have a headphone jack?
Yes, a 3.5mm headphone jack lets you practice silently, and there is also an audio output for external speakers.
What is in the box?
The keyboard, a folding stand and a sustain pedal are included. A power adapter and bench are not listed, so check before buying.
Can it connect to a computer or app?
No MIDI or USB port is listed; connectivity is limited to the 3.5mm jack and audio output. Treat it as a standalone practice piano.
When is it cheapest?
The best new price is $129.99 at Target as of November 3, 2026, with five stores selling it new. Budget keyboards often dip during back-to-school and holiday sales, so watch those periods.
