Questions and answers

Is the Yamaha Attitude Limited 3 worth $3,094?
It is a limited-run signature bass with premium woods and a brass bridge, so the price reflects scarcity more than specs. Buy it if you want Sheehan's exact setup; otherwise a standard Attitude or a cheaper P-bass style model covers similar ground.
How does it differ from a standard Yamaha Attitude?
The Limited 3 uses a 3-piece alder body with a spline joint, a maple top and a solid brass bridge, and it comes in Sonic Blue. Standard Attitudes share the Precision shape and 34-inch scale but not the limited build and finish.
Is the 44.5 mm nut width hard to play?
It is wide for a 4-string, similar to a Precision bass, so it suits players with larger hands or those who like room for string spacing. If you are used to a slim jazz neck, try one first.
What is the scale length and body style?
It has a 34-inch (863.6 mm) scale and a solid Precision-style alder body with a gloss polyurethane finish. That is the standard long scale for a bass.
What comes in the box?
Expect the bass itself; case or gig bag inclusion is not confirmed in the listing details. Check with the seller before ordering if a case matters to you.
When is it cheapest?
Limited-run signature basses rarely see deep discounts, and only 3 stores list it new. Watch for used or open-box listings and compare across those stores rather than waiting for a sale.
Where is the Billy Sheehan Attitude Limited 3 Bass cheapest?
At eBay, for $3,094.00, 25% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Billy Sheehan Attitude Limited 3 Bass?
3 stores we checked sell it, including Sweetwater, Amazon, eBay.
