Our take on the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner 3832

The Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet 3832 is a corded upright vacuum built for homes with pets. It uses a bagless 0.26-gallon dirt cup, a swivel steering head and pet tools, and weighs about 13 lb. The best new price is $119.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, which is at the low end of what this model has sold for recently. It is a budget upright, so expect strong suction and basic build quality rather than premium filtration or quiet operation.

Questions and answers

Is the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet 3832 worth it?
At $119.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026, it is a solid value if you want corded suction for pet hair on a budget. It is not the choice if you need a large dirt cup, light weight or HEPA-level filtration.
How does it compare with the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet 2254?
The 3832 is the newer version of the same budget pet upright line, with swivel steering and pet tools. Expect similar suction and the same trade-offs: a small cup and a heavy body.
How often do I have to empty the dirt cup?
The cup holds 0.26 gallons, so in a home with a shedding pet expect to empty it after most full-house passes. Emptying is bagless and quick.
Does it work on hard floors and with the pet tools?
Yes. It cleans hard floors and comes with pet tools for stairs and upholstery. You switch to the hose and tools for above-floor jobs.
When is the best time to buy it?
Budget uprights like this one tend to drop around Black Friday and major sales. The current $119.99 at Lowe's as of November 4, 2026 is already near the low end, so waiting has limited upside.
Where is the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner 3832 cheapest?
At Lowe's, for $119.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner 3832?
Rated 3.9 out of 5 from 361 ratings.
Where can I buy the Bissell CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Vacuum Cleaner 3832?
13 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Wayfair, Target, Lowe's, PetSmart.
