Is the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus worth it over a spot cleaner?

If you have wall-to-wall carpet and pets, yes. It cleans whole rooms, not just spots, and the dual brushes and heated solution handle set-in stains. A small spot cleaner is cheaper and lighter if you only have occasional accidents.

How long does the carpet take to dry?

In Express Clean Mode, Bissell says about 30 minutes. In the deeper cleaning modes, expect several hours depending on carpet thickness and humidity.

Does it work on hardwood or tile?

It is designed for carpet, upholstery and area rugs. Bissell sells a hard-floor tool separately, but the standard setup is for soft surfaces.

What comes in the box?

The machine, a trial-size formula, and the tools for stairs and upholstery. Check the listing for the exact accessory set, since bundles vary by store.

Carpet cleaners tend to drop around Black Friday and spring cleaning sales. The current $237.97 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026 is already near the low end of its recent range.
