Our take on the Costway 5.75ft Halloween Animatronics Decoration Talking Ghost Pumpkin with Glowing Ribs and Moving Head

The Costway Talking Ghost Pumpkin is a 69-inch-tall standing Halloween prop: a ghost figure with a pumpkin head, glowing ribs and a moving head, powered by batteries. It is made of polyethylene and stands on its own base, so it needs no hanging or wiring. It is a large, cheap-looking animated prop rather than a premium animatronic. Shoppers rate it poorly: 1 out of 5 from 5 ratings. No current price was provided, so check the price history before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the Costway Talking Ghost Pumpkin worth it?
Be careful. It has 5 ratings averaging 1 out of 5, so buyers have been unhappy. Only buy it if a tall, cheap animated prop matters more than reliability.
How tall is it and where can it stand?
It is 69 inches tall, 30 inches deep and 25.5 inches wide, and stands on its own base. It weighs 4.4 lb, so one person can move it.
Does it need an outlet?
No. It runs on batteries, so you can place it away from power. Budget for fresh batteries, since motion and sound drain them.
