Questions and answers

Is $79.20 a good price for this shade?

It is the only new price listed, $79.20 at Curtarra as of November 7, 2026. With one seller there is no market range to judge it against, so compare it with custom blackout Roman shades of similar size elsewhere.

Does it really block all light?

It is sold as blackout, which usually means most light is blocked but thin halos can appear at the edges. A mounted valance or outside mount reduces that.

Can I order it in my exact window size?

Yes, it is a custom shade, so you supply measurements when ordering. Measure the window opening precisely, since custom shades are cut to order.

What comes in the box?

Expect the shade, mounting brackets and hardware. Cord or cordless operation and a valance depend on the option you choose at checkout, so confirm before ordering.

How do I clean it?

Dust the polyester with a vacuum brush attachment and spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking, since blackout linings can delaminate.

When is it cheapest?

There is no price history from other stores to time a drop. Watch Curtarra for seasonal sales, since a single seller sets the price.

Where is the Curtarra Gary Custom Blackout Roman Shade cheapest?

At Curtarra, for $79.20, as of our latest check.
