Our take on the Design Toscano La Vendange Console Table

The Design Toscano La Vendange is a solid wood console table in a walnut finish, roughly 60 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 35.5 inches tall. It is a traditional, heavily carved piece with grape-harvest (vendange) detailing, meant as a freestanding display table rather than a storage cabinet. It is large and heavy, so it suits a hallway, dining room or entry wall with room to spare. No current price was provided, so check the latest store comparison before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the La Vendange console table worth it?
It is worth it if you want a large, carved solid wood statement piece and have the floor space. If you need storage or a compact table, look elsewhere.
How big is it, really?
It is about 60 inches wide, 24 inches deep and 35.5 inches tall. Measure your wall and walkway before ordering, since 24 inches of depth is more than most consoles.
Does it have drawers or shelves?
No. It is a freestanding display table, so plan on using baskets or separate furniture for storage.
What is it made of?
Solid wood with a walnut finish and carved detailing. Expect a heavy piece that needs two people to position.
When is the best time to buy?
Design Toscano pieces often see discounts around major holiday sales. Compare store prices and check the price history before buying.
