Is the Lantine executive desk worth it?

It depends on what you need. You get a long, distinctive surface for the money, but no drawers and an MDF build. If storage matters, look at desks with a file drawer or hutch.

How big is the desk and will it fit my room?

The top is 70.86 inches wide, so plan for roughly six feet of wall plus clearance to walk around it. Measure your doorway and stairwell too, since the box ships flat.

Does it have any drawers or storage?

No. The desk has no storage features, so you will need a separate filing cabinet, shelf or monitor stand with storage.

How hard is assembly?

Adult assembly is required and tools are provided. Expect a cam-and-bolt flat-pack build that goes faster with two people and a clear floor area.

How should I care for the MDF surface?

Wipe spills quickly and use coasters under drinks. MDF can swell where moisture reaches raw edges, so avoid leaving wet cups or plants directly on the top.

When is the best time to buy it?

No price history was provided, so there is no reliable cheapest period to point to. Compare current listings across stores before buying.

Our take on the Lantine 70.86-Inch Executive Desk, Retro Brown & Black

The Lantine 70.86-Inch Executive Desk is a wide, two-tone desk in retro brown and black, built from MDF with a 70.86-inch top. It has no drawers or storage, so it is essentially a large flat work surface with a statement finish. It ships flat and needs adult assembly with the included tools.
