Our take on the ProForm Trainer H7 iFIT-enabled Elliptical with 7” Touchscreen and Built-In Fan

The ProForm Trainer H7 is a front-drive elliptical with magnetic resistance, a 7-inch touchscreen and a built-in fan, built around iFIT's subscription training app. It folds in Bluetooth and transport wheels for a machine that streams guided workouts and moves out of the way between sessions. At $1,299.99 at Dick's Sporting Goods as of November 8, 2026, it is the only new price we track, so there is no recent range to compare it against.

Questions and answers

Is the iFIT subscription required to use the Trainer H7?
No. You can use the elliptical without a subscription, but the touchscreen's guided workouts, trainer-led classes and scenic routes come through iFIT, which is billed separately.
What does the 7-inch touchscreen show?
The console tracks time and speed, and the touchscreen runs iFIT content. It is smaller than the 10-inch and larger screens on pricier ProForm models.
Does it fold or move easily?
It has transport wheels, so you can tilt and roll it, but it is a front-drive elliptical rather than a folding model. Plan floor space accordingly.
Is $1,299.99 a good price?
It is the only new price we track as of November 8, 2026, at Dick's Sporting Goods, so there is no recent low to compare. Check whether iFIT is bundled before deciding.
How does it compare with the ProForm Carbon EL?
The Carbon EL is the lower-cost step with a smaller screen and simpler console. The Trainer H7 adds the 7-inch touchscreen and fan, so it suits buyers who want more guided training.
Can I use Bluetooth headphones with it?
Yes. Bluetooth is built in, so you can pair headphones for iFIT audio instead of using the built-in speakers.
Where is the ProForm Trainer H7 iFIT-enabled Elliptical with 7” Touchscreen and Built-In Fan cheapest?
At Dick's Sporting Goods, for $1,299.99, as of our latest check.
