Is the Bowflex Max Trainer M6 worth it?

For buyers who want hard interval cardio in a small space, yes. It costs less than most treadmills and works the upper body too, but it lacks app connectivity and a long stride.

How does the M6 compare with the M8?

The M8 adds more resistance levels and a larger console with Bluetooth. The M6 keeps the same motion at a lower price with 16 levels and a basic LCD.

What is the stride length?

The stride is 18 inches and adjustable. Taller users often find it short, so try one in a store if you can.

Does it need to be plugged in?

Yes. The M6 runs on household power for its resistance and console, so place it near an outlet.

What is included in the box?

The machine, console, hardware and assembly tools are included. A floor mat and dumbbells are not.

When is the M6 cheapest?
